MY STORY

Every journey starts somewhere.
This is mine.

“People aren’t drawn to perfection. They’re drawn to authenticity.”
Long before I ever stood on a stage or presented in front of a camera, I was that little girl walking around the house with a ‘microphone.’ Whether it was a remote control, a hairbrush, or something else, in my mind I was already on stage. I made up my own shows and loved entertaining people.

Yet that changed as I got older. I became more and more reserved and found it hard to put myself in the spotlight.

If someone had told me back then that I would one day host international events, interview guests on stage, and appear on television, I probably would never have believed it.

Finding myself in gaming

My world changed when I discovered gaming at a young age.

Gaming was way more than just a hobby for me. It was a place where I could be myself, challenge myself, and totally get lost in another world.

Years later, I took the step into livestreaming. Without realizing it at the time, I was laying the foundation for my career as a host. While livestreaming, I learned to constantly switch between talking, improvising, keeping up with a live chat, and engaging thousands of viewers in my story at the same time.

It was precisely during that period that I developed the skills I still use every time I perform on stage or present in front of the camera.

Becoming a presenter

That passion eventually opened the door to professional presenting. As my career grew, I invested in coaching to develop my presentation skills, not because I wanted to become someone else, but because I wanted to be the best version of myself on stage and in front of the camera. One lesson has always stuck with me: people aren’t drawn to perfection, they’re drawn to authenticity. That’s why I’ve never tried to be anyone else. Whether I’m presenting a live event, moderating a conference, hosting a product launch, or interviewing guests, what you see is what you get. I believe people can sense when someone is genuine, and that’s how I want every audience to experience me.

Never a one-man show

Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to host for international brands, TV productions, live events, and events in the automotive, motorsport, luxury, and gaming worlds. Every project is different, every audience is unique, and it’s precisely that variety that makes this work so special to me. Even though I’m the one on stage, I’ve never believed that an event revolves around the presenter. Behind every successful production is a team of producers, technicians, camera operators, sound engineers, event managers, and many others working hard behind the scenes. Without them, there is no event. My role is to bring all that effort together, connect with the audience, and ensure the story is told in the right way. Because you never make a successful event alone. You do it together.
BEHIND THE SCENES

When the cameras stop, I'm just Marcella.

A proud mother, a passionate gamer, and I get excited about everything related to automotive and motorsports, I enjoy playing a round of golf, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends. I love giving my all to something. Not because I have to, but because I enjoy building my own future. Every new challenge gives me the chance to further develop myself, both as a professional and as a person, while at the same time creating a beautiful life for myself and my family. Curiosity has always been one of my biggest drivers. Whether I’m exploring a new destination, learning a new skill, preparing for an event, or diving into the latest developments in the automotive world: I love to keep discovering, growing, and challenging myself. Because I believe that you keep growing as long as you stay curious.

LET'S WORK TOGETHER

Success isn't about being the loudest person in the room.

It’s about staying true to who you are, treating everyone with respect, and creating experiences that people remember. And if I can help make your next event one of those unforgettable experiences, I would love to be part of your story.
